We have more than 10 years of experience managing tourist homes, hotel properties, and rural houses, both our own and those of our clients, throughout the province of Málaga, with the aim of expanding our geographical scope.
It is not necessary, as Málaga is increasingly becoming an international destination, attracting international investors as well. That’s why we currently offer the option to sign the contract online and allow the property owner to send the keys via certified mail.
Of course, there is no issue if you decide to use it. In this case, we just need you to notify us as far in advance as possible so we can block those dates on the calendar.
A management contract is signed with the property owners, detailing the conditions of the selected rate and other agreed aspects for our administration of the property.
No, you can cancel it by providing advance notice to avoid disrupting confirmed bookings up to that point and covering the costs associated with the remaining reservations.
Booking platforms allow payments to be configured for the day after the stay, weekly, or monthly.
We will issue a monthly invoice via email at the beginning of each month for the services provided, along with a detailed monthly report outlining the received bookings and the revenue generated from them. This invoice will be settled via immediate bank transfer to the account specified in the contract.
