We have over 10 years of experience managing tourist homes, hotel properties, and rural houses, both owned and for clients, throughout the province of Málaga, with the goal of expanding our geographical reach.
It is not necessary, as Málaga is increasingly becoming an international destination, attracting international investors as well. That’s why we currently offer the option to sign the contract online and allow the property owner to send the keys via certified mail.
Of course, there is no issue if you decide to use it. In this case, we just need you to notify us as far in advance as possible so we can block those dates on the calendar.
A management contract is signed with the property owners, detailing the conditions of the selected rate and other agreed aspects for our administration of the property.
No, you can cancel it by providing advance notice to avoid disrupting confirmed bookings up to that point and covering the costs associated with the remaining reservations.
Booking platforms allow payments to be configured for the day after the stay, weekly, or monthly.
We will issue a monthly invoice via email at the beginning of each month for the services provided, along with a detailed monthly report outlining the received bookings and the revenue generated from them. This invoice will be settled via immediate bank transfer to the account specified in the contract.

Stay Belonio, S.L. has received a grant from the European Union under the NextGenerationEU Fund, in the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, for ‘Photovoltaic installation for self-consumption of 4.21 KWP/3 KWN on roof for tourist rooms in Malaga’ within the program of incentives linked to self-consumption and storage, with renewable energy sources, as well as the implementation of renewable thermal systems in the residential sector of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge, managed by the Regional Government of Andalusia, through the Andalusian Energy Agency.
